Had an absolutely wonderful meal at The Liberal Cup in Hallowell, Maine.  If you’re ever in the Augusta/Hallowell area,  I highly recommend the chicken quesadilla!  For those who drink beer, I’m told they make an excellent brew.  The atmosphere is pleasant and casual, if a bit noisy at times.  Located right on the main road through town, not far from that other excellent eatery – Slates.
